We like to see the latest in mobility tech and hear some great ideas – which is why we have our calendar of events 2019 to help you join in. We’ve also chosen some of our highlights that you must visit, as these will offer a wide range of products to look at.
Kidz to Adultz Exhibitions – Events 2019
Kidz to Adultz are aimed at children and young adults. The events offer information about products and services available. They are free to attend and include key exhibitors including RGK, WhizzKidz and Precision Rehab. You should attend if you’re a young person looking to grow your independence.
The key dates of events are:
- 21 March 2019 (Kidz to Adultz Middle), Ericsson Exhibition Hall in Coventry
- 16 May 2019 (Kidz to Adultz South), Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre
- 4 July 2019 (Kidz to Adultz Wales & West), Bristol – Thornbury Leisure Centre
- 14 November (Kidz to Adultz North), Manchester EventCity
- TBC – Kidz to Adultz Scotland
At this year’s events you can find information and offering advice on the following:

- Mobility
- Seating
- Communication
- Education
- Legal matters
- Sport activities
- Holidays
- Access
- Accessible vehicles
There are also free seminars for professionals, parents and carers to attend. The CPD accredited seminars cover topics such as moving and handling, seating and employment. You can get tickets at the Kidz to Adultz website.
Naidex – 28 and 29 March 2019
Naidex is one of the highlight of our events 2019 year. There are a large amount of wheelchairs on display and available for you to try out. TGA will also be providing a test track and speakers include Martyn Sibley (Disability Horizons), Liz Johnson (The Ability People), Helen Dolphin (People’s Parking), Dominic Lund-Conlon (ReviewMyWheelchair) and Jane Hatton (Evenbreak).

Rise4Disability – 14 and 15 June 2019
Rise4Disability is a great independence event. This year Rise4Disability is a two day event with a festival theme. It’ll be a huge celebration of disability, independent living and inclusive life.
