TGA Mobility Test Track
As official sponsor, TGA, a leading mobility scooter specialist, will be offering the opportunity to test, trial and compare its complete range of products on the Naidex Mobility Test Track, NEC, 26-27 March, stand N11113 (opposite TGA’s stand N11112).

Building on the popularity of the 2018 TGA test track, this major show feature will include ramps and obstacles which simulate the everyday situations a scooter driver may face on the road and pavement. By manoeuvring around the course visitors will be able to test suspension, steering, braking and controls – a vital opportunity to discover the type of product that is ideal for individual needs. TGA advisors will be offering the latest tips from the Highway Code and everyone who completes the course will receive a TGA-accredited ‘Safe Scoot’ certificate and exclusive product offers.
easyTravelseat at Naidex45
easyTravelseat is the first never been seen before in-situ transfer seat designed specifically for people with reduced physical mobility who require lifting on and off an aircraft. With an estimated 1.35 million PRM (people with reduced mobility) requests taken in 2018 at UK airports, 6-8% of these needed a little bit more help. Currently 16 out of 34 main commercial airports in the UK have transferring equipment for customers who need extra support. The others do not have suitable equipment.

It’s even worse outside of the UK. Spain has 22 out of 24 airports with none or inappropriate transferring equipment. Which means, if you’re flying to Spain from the UK,you will need to be lifted off the aircraft without transferring equipment, putting your safety, dignity and comfort at huge risk.

Scott.Jackson
Hi, Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for the chat that we had a Naidex yesterday afternoon when my wife and I came to your stand (just before you went to the PR event).
We asked for help in how to choose a wheelchair. We went to see the team at Progeo who were really good, and have a fantastic product, they measured us up and gave some really good advice. The folding mechanism they have is the best I have seen.
We also got measured up at RGK who were very good and they are quoting for us also and had some great chats on the Quickie stand.
We explained to all of the vendors that we are planning on getting a power system and we were reccomended to check out the unreleased product called Smoov ( see http://www.smoov.com ), and my wife had a test drive and came back with a massive smile on her face as the power assistance is so easy. It’s being launched in the UK next month and will give Powerdrive a run for their money as it is much more user friendly.
Many thanks
